Thimble Thursdays are held every Thursday morning from 10 am- 1 pm. Learn a new technique or make a small project suitable for gifts for the coming holiday season. Taught by Joanne Franklin, these classes are only $10 plus supplies. Every week will be a different project.
This week, we are making a see through pouch to hold a sewing project or fill with gift items. It has a zipper, so we will show you how to install a zipper.
Seating is limited.
The holidays are coming and many people get a nice bottle of wine for a hostess gift. Make this cute fabric tote to present the wine in. Fast and easy to make.

1 9/16" grommets that click together- avail. at In Stitches
1/4 yd outer fabric and 1/4 yd. lining fabric
1/2 yd. medium weight interfacing or thin cotton batting
Rotary cutter, mat, sewing machine, thread to match, walking foot
Use the batting if you want the tote to have more body to it.

This week, we are making gift card holders. Great to whip up for the holidays, birthdays or special occasion.
Class fee is $10 plus pattern.
Join us to learn how to applique. Joanne Franklin will teach you the several methods of applique both by hand and machine. We are working on Kim Diehl's classic pineapple quilt. You can just make a runner out of one pineapple motif if you don't want to make the whole quilt.
